Our Yoga Shala Guidelines

Address the teacher and other students with respect. The best way to greet each other is with your hands, by performing the Añjali Mudrā.

Follow the teacher’s instructions and suggestions on modifications to an exercise.

Notify the teacher of illnesses, conditions, or injuries, if any.

If you are experiencing malaise or flu-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, nasal congestion or shortness of breath skip your classes until the symptoms stop.

Maintain good personal hygiene: - Arrive to class with clean feet. - Wash your hands before and after classes. - Use a towel to wipe away your sweat - Keep the mat clean and use a rug if you sweat heavily.

Clean up after yourself in the bathroom and remember to turn off the lights.

Stop eating 2 hours before class.

Take rest days on moon days and during menstruation. If you're pregnant, do modifications.

Keep your payments in good standing. We don`t give reembersment of paymente.

The unauthorized sale of products within the Shala is not allowed.

Timely attendance: join the class no more than 10 minutes after it has started.

Cultivate an attitude of respect by not walking around the room when meditation or mantra chanting is in process.

Take care of the vital space and the supplies of the Shala. Keep the Shala clean and tidy. You will be held liable for any damages to studio supplies or property.

No food or beverages (including water) in the Shala.

Leave your shoes in the shoe cabinet.

Do not bring your personal belongings (clothes, backpacks, purses, mobile phones) into the Shala.

If you intend to leave your mat at the studio, put it in a mat bag labeled with your name and leave it in the designated place. The studio is not responsible for personal belongings left by the students.
